In 1979 Nancy Mershon began her real estate career as a broker with Winston-Salem’s Lambe-Young Realty. During her first year in business, she was a top producer. Success followed Nancy through the years as she worked for three of the largest firms in the triad.

As a “trailing corporate spouse” who moved with her family six times before settling in Winston-Salem, she gained valuable insight about the relocation experience. Due to her unique moving history and a phenomenal sales record, Lambe-Young Realty appointed her to create and head their new relocation department. In this position, Nancy served the region’s top corporations and aided in the recruitment of new talent for hire by selling the Greater Winston-Salem area as a desirable place to live. Once a recruit was hired, Nancy connected them with agents she had personally trained to be top-notch negotiators and excellent listeners, helping make these moves as seamless as possible.

Nancy was instrumental in launching Bermuda Village Retirement Community as Director of Sales and Marketing and worked with retirees from all over the country. Once the community had become well established, Nancy returned to her true passion—residential real estate sales.

In 2013 Nancy opened Mershon Realty, LLC. She brings her vast knowledge and expertise to people from all walks of life and all age groups. Locally owned and operated, Mershon Realty provides the same services offered by the larger firms but with a special personal touch.
